COMPANY OVERVIEW

Medivesta Laboratories (Pvt) Ltd, established in 2023 as a subsidiary of Dyvesta (Pvt) Ltd, provides high-quality analytical services in the fields of veterinary pharmaceuticals, food, and feed analysis. We specialize in testing Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, vitamins, amino acids, mycotoxins, and microbiological parameters. Using the latest technologies, we continuously expand our analytical capabilities to meet industry needs. We are committed to delivering the highest level of service to our clients.

We use world-renowned analytical equipment such as NIR, FTIR, and HPLC. Our team conducts regular audits and performance checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results for our valued clients.

Our state-of-the-art formulation laboratory supports the development of liquid, oral, powder, and tablet formulations. It also includes a stability chamber to perform chemical stability studies required for drug registration.

Ms. Nipuni Perera

Director – Quality Management - Medivesta Private Limited

Ms. Nipuni Perera, working as an Executive Director in Quality Management in Farmchemie (Pvt) Ltd., Feed Chemie (Pvt) Ltd., Farmchemie Manufacturers (Pvt) Ltd., and Medivesta (Pvt) Ltd. within the Dyvesta Group. With her professional experience since 2019, she has begun her journey in our company as a Junior Executive in Quality Assurance, steadily building her expertise and contributing to the company’s success in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management Systems. She is currently pursuing a MSc in Industrial and Environmental Chemistry at the University of Kelaniya. She has completed her BSc (Hons) degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

She has further enhanced her qualifications by completing a Diploma in Quality Management from the Sri Lanka Standards Institute and receiving Quality Control Training at AOTS, Japan.

Mr. Tharanga Chathurakshana

W. A. D. Tharanga Chathurakshana Premasiri holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Accounting & Finance from the University of Gloucestershire, United Kingdom, and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Accounting & Finance (UK). He is a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (MAAT) and holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education (SLIATE).

With extensive professional experience spanning since 2006, Mr. Premasiri has developed a strong expertise in accounting, finance, financial management, and strategic business operations. Combining internationally recognized academic qualifications with practical industry knowledge, he is committed to driving financial excellence, strengthening organizational performance, and contributing to sustainable business growth through effective financial leadership and sound decision-making.
